In this workout routine you will learn exercises that activate your glute muscles without doing squats. These moves take the presure out of the knees and take the weight out of the quads. Since this is a challenge, you should do as many circuits of this moves as you can.

The moves are:

  1. Single leg romanian deadlift (can be done with dumbbells)
  2. Plank donkey kick
  3. Rainbows
  4. Booty squeeze
