This recipe is easy to make and will provide you with much needed nutrients and improve your digestion!


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 cups oat flakes
  • 1 cup milk (low fat, almond, coconut…)
  • a handful of dark chocolate chip
  • a handful of chopped walnuts (or other nuts by your choice)
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC or 356ºF
  2. Mix all of the ingredients and add oat flakes last
  3. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow for the oats to absorb the wet ingredients
  4. Pour the batter into muffin pan, each cup about 3/4 of the way
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. If a toothpick inserted in the middle of the batter comes clean it’s done!
