This recipe is really easy and you can use it for breakfast or a snack before training. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • 70g egg whites
  • 20g spelt flour
  • 20g coconut flour
  • 25g whey protein (we used peanut butter cookie flavor)
  • 50g low-fat cheese
  • 50g milk of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
  • optional: peanut butter as a spread on muffins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC or 356 ºF. Mix all the ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. This recipe yields 3 large muffins and macros are (316 kcal):

  • 25g carbs
  • 7g fat
  • 37g protein
