This recipe is really easy and you can use it for breakfast or a snack before training. Try it!
- 70g egg whites
- 20g spelt flour
- 20g coconut flour
- 25g whey protein (we used peanut butter cookie flavor)
- 50g low-fat cheese
- 50g milk of choice
- 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
- optional: peanut butter as a spread on muffins
Preheat oven to 180 ºC or 356 ºF. Mix all the ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. This recipe yields 3 large muffins and macros are (316 kcal):
- 25g carbs
- 7g fat
- 37g protein
