Great as a snack or preworkout meal if in a hurry. Try it!
Ingredients (for 6 balls):
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 30g coconut flakes + additional flakes for rolling the balls
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (chocolate flavour)
- 20g crushed peanuts
- 1 tsp honey
- Combine all the ingredients into a dough.
- Scoop dollups of dough to form 6 equal balls. Roll them in the additional amount of coconut flakes.
- Leave in the refrigerator to chill and then serve!
