Easy bread recipe that everyone will love.


  • 2 1/4 cups low-fat cottage cheese (500 g)
  • 5 1/2 cups ground oat flakes  (500 g)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds


Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Mix all the ingredients and transfer the dough into bread pan. Bake for about 35-40 minutes (insert toothpick in the middle and if it comes clean it’s done). Remove bread from pan and let it cool. It can be frozen and thawed when needed.
