This is a great and quick recipe for dinner. It’s tasty and nutritional.
SERVES: 2 DIFFICULTY: EASY
- 4 small carrots
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 100 g broccoli
- salt and pepper to taste
- Slice carrots into smaller pieces and put it in a pot of boiling water.
- When the carrots are cooked add the peas and cook it for 7-8 minutes.
- Then add the broccoli and cook it a few more minutes.
- Place cooked vegetables and a little bit of the water (in which the vegetables were cooking) in a blender and mix. Do not throw away the remainig water because you may need to dilute the soup to the desired consistency. Mix until you get a creamy soup.
