This is a great and quick recipe for dinner. It’s tasty and nutritional.

SERVES: 2
DIFFICULTY: EASY

Ingredients:

  • 4 small carrots
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 100 g broccoli
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice carrots into smaller pieces and put it in a pot of boiling water.
  2. When the carrots are cooked add the peas and cook it for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Then add the broccoli and cook it a few more minutes.
  4. Place cooked vegetables and a little bit of the water (in which the vegetables were cooking) in a blender and mix. Do not throw away the remainig water because you may need to dilute the soup to the desired consistency. Mix until you get a creamy soup.
