No eggs, no milk or cheese, without baking and gluten-free, all in one delicious pink bite.



  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  • 1/2 cup almond butter or cashew nut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • juice of half a lemon
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 10 drops of stevia
  • pinch of salt


In a blender or food processor mix all the ingredients for the cream until you get a smooth texture. Then, in a blender or food processor mix all the ingredients for the crust. Grease baking pan with small amount of oil. Place the crust mixture into the pan and press it well. Spread the cream layer on top of the crust and wrap the pan with plastic wrap. Let it cool in refrigerator overnight and the next day cut into squares.
