Try this very simple snack / dessert. You can also use it as a postworkout meal. Simple but effective!


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/8 cup frozen blueberries
  • scoop of protein powder of your choice
  • dash of cinnamon


Stir all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve cold. Dessert contains: protein: 32g, carbs: 15g, fat: 1g.
