It can’t be simpler than this recipe 🙂
- 250 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- splash of water
- frozen fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries…)
- Mix together cheese and whey protein with a little water until desired density
- Sprinkle frozen fruit on top of ice cream
- Serve cold and enjoy!
