It can’t be simpler than this recipe 🙂


  • 250 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (flavour of your choice)
  • splash of water
  • frozen fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries…)


  1. Mix together cheese and whey protein with a little water until desired density
  2. Sprinkle frozen fruit on top of ice cream
  3. Serve cold and enjoy!
