Easy no bake peanut butter oatmeal bites!


  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 5 almonds
  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate


Place chocolate and almonds in food processor and process until roughly ground. Add oat flakes, peanut butter and honey. Pulse a few times until all ingredients are combined and lastly add cranberries. Take small scoops of batter (about a tablespoon) and form balls with your hands. Place balls in refrigerator for about an hour to firm up and then serve.
