This is a great recipe for a healthy ice cream. Can be used as a snack or healthy dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 10 ice cubes
  • 5/8 cup mixed frozen fruit
  • scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. Add toppings of your choice (chia seeds, cinnamon…). Try it!
