You need something sweet but don’t want to mess up your diet? Make this “Fit balls” and enjoy in them with no regret!


  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tsp agave nectar
  • 4 tbsp chopped nuts of your choice
  • 2 tsp non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple extract (optional)
  • a handful of dark chocolate chips


Mix all of the ingredients. Shape mixture into small balls (about 1 tbsp) and place them into refrigerator to firm up for at least couple hours or overnight. Enjoy your snack or healthy dessert!
