Enjoy this healthier version of famous chocolate chip cookies!


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup (dairy free) chocolate chips or roughly chopped dark chocolate


Preheat oven to 350 °F. Mix all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt. Add coconut oil, vanilla and maple syrup to the dry mixture. Combine, then add mashed banana, chocolate chips and mix thoroughly. Take small portion of batter, roll them into a ball and them flatten them out into a cookie shape. Place cookies on cookie tray lined with baking sheet. Bake cookies for about 15 minutes. Let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
