Banana bread or loaf is an easy recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Great idea for a healthy cake!


  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • stevia or sweetener of your choice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • optional: dried fruits


Preheat oven to 380 °F. Line pan with baking sheet. Mash bananas, add stevia or some other sweetener and coconut oil. Mix well until combined. Add dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Spread the batter into a pan and bake it for 15 minutes. If toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean, your banana cake is done. Serve with dried fruit on top of the cake and enjoy.
