Try this traditional oatmeat as a healthy breakfast but with a twist!


  • 1 zucchini
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • cinnamon
  • chopped apple or other fruit of your choice
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla flavour)
  • water
  • stevia or other sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, coconut sugar, xylitol…)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • crushed nuts of your choice
  • optional: 2 egg whites


  1. Grate zucchini and add the rest of the ingredients (except cinnamon and apples)
  2. if the mixture is too dense add a little water (start with 1 tbsp)
  3. Microwave the mixture for about 1 minute on highest setting
  4. Stir the oatmeal, add your fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon
