- 100g fresh cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- pinch of himalayan salt
- cayenne pepper
- Bake sesame seeds in the pan for a few minutes, without oil, until golden brown and then chop it roughly with flaxseed in your food processor.
- Mix crushed seeds and all other ingredients and mix.
- Your cottage cheese and seeds spread is done!
