Another simple, yet extremely healthy and nutritious breakfast/snack idea in a form of a spread that you can put on toast or crackers.


  • 100g fresh cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • cayenne pepper


  1. Bake sesame seeds in the pan for a few minutes, without oil, until golden brown and then chop it roughly with flaxseed in your food processor.
  2. Mix crushed seeds and all other ingredients and mix.
  3. Your cottage cheese and seeds spread is done!
