Very simple and delicious healthy version of a pudding – this time in combination with chia seeds.


  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6.8 oz milk of your choice (0.8 cup or 200 ml)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • a handful of fruit and nuts of your choice (eg. blueberries, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds)


  1. Mix chia seeds,  milk and honey and let sit for at least 1 hour, or you can leave it overnight in the refrigerator. The chia seeds should puff up and create a pudding like texture.
  2. Add flax seeds and stir into the pudding. Sprinkle the toppings of your choice – we used blueberries, chopped almonds and sunflower seeds for that extra crunch. Bon appetit!
