This is an easy way to squeeze a healthy breakfast in your hectic daily schedule. It’s nutritional and very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 3 tbsp old fashioned oats
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh fruit of your choice

Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients in your blender and enjoy in your yummy smoothie. This yields around 350 ml or 11 oz.
