This is an easy way to squeeze a healthy breakfast in your hectic daily schedule. It’s nutritional and very tasty.
- 1 cup skim milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 3 tbsp old fashioned oats
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh fruit of your choice
Blend all of the ingredients in your blender and enjoy in your yummy smoothie. This yields around 350 ml or 11 oz.
